Delicious Halloween Brownies


Halloween is coming up, and this is the perfect treat for this spooky and sweet holiday!

These delicious Halloween brownies are sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

There are three layers in this yummy treat: brownies, melted chocolate, and a yellow and orange marbled whip cream. The flavors combine perfectly!

Delicious Halloween Brownies

Ingredients:

Brownies-

  • 8 tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • 3/4 cup of sugar

  • 1 1/4 cup of Gluten-free 1-1 Flour

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/3 cup oil

  • 1 egg

Whip Cream:

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

-2 tablespoons sugar

-Yellow food dye

-Orange Food dye


Chocolate Spread:

- 1 cup chocolate chips


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a large bowl, combine 1 egg, 1/3 cup oil, and 1/4 cup water.

  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 1/4 cup gluten-free 1-1 flour, 3/4 sugar, 8 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 pinch salt, and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

  4. Fold together the wet and dry ingredients until just blended.

  5. Bake for around 20 minutes.

  6. Once the brownies are cooked, cool in the fridge for around 5-10 minutes.

  7. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.

  8. Spread the melted chocolate over the brownies and cool for around 30 minutes.

  9. With an electric mixer, whip together 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 2 tablespoons sugar.

  10. Separate the whipped cream into two bowls. Dye one bowl of whipped cream yellow, and dye the other bowl of whipped cream orange.

  11. Once the brownies are cooled, spoon the whipped cream onto the chocolate and brownies, alternating between the yellow and orange whipped cream.

  12. With a butter knife, spread the 2 whipped cream colors together using a marble pattern.

  13. Cool for a few more minutes

  14. Eat and enjoy!
