Hey guys! Today I am SO excited to share with you one of my all time favorite desserts: Whipped Dream Bites. Thin, crisp chocolate shells filled with flavored, fluffy whipped cream. There are so many flavors I can make of this, but today I am sharing a mint flavor and a raspberry flavor! I am probably going to share a lot more flavors soon!
Best of all these are super easy and quick! Here is a simple visual tutorial on how to make either the mint or the raspberry flavor!
Melt Chocolate
Melt 3/4 cup chocolate at 30-second intervals.
2. Spread chocolate inside the hot chocolate bomb molds
Spread a spoonful of chocolate around each mold! Make sure not to use too much chocolate, and make sure to save some chocolate for the top! (Step 5)
3. Make the fillings!
Whip heavy whipping cream and either peppermint extract or raspberry jam (depending on which flavor you make) together until stiff peaks form. See the recipe down below for the amounts!
4. Fill the chocolate molds!
Fill the molds with the whipped cream! Set in the fridge to cool for a few minutes.
5. Cover in chocolate
Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the whipped filling. Cool in the fridge until the chocolate is set. This doesn't have to look super neat either!
6. Eat and enjoy!
Your whipped dream bites are done! Eat and Enjoy!!
